i have decided to put up the idea of a paid subscription to VXUK Gold Membership to raise funds for the site and to improve its facilities

Gold memberships are £4 and include:

Free Club Stickers
Gold Name Colour
Gold Members Only Forums
Access To The Gold Member Chatroom
Advanced PM Service

I would have to agree, the site need a good year to have paid subscriptions. What you want to do is sell advertising space.
